Springside Meadows is located in the picturesque
New Kingston Valley. A private community with seven special
home sites, Springside Meadows is surrounded by 172 acres
of open meadows, walking paths, stone walls; spring fed streams,
and forested hills. Bordered by 1,900 acres of New York State
Forest, Spring Meadows is virtually a nature preserve and
all sites have access to the State Forest for additional
hiking and hunting.
Springside Meadows is planed to be a private
community with upscale homes on substantial acreage. Sites
range from 12 acres to 47 acres. There are four sites of
about 25 acres. A private road and right of way for hiking
and access to the State Forest complements the home sites.

located in the Town of Roxbury, NY. It can be reached
from NY State Route 30 and a short drive over New Kingston
Mountain or from NY Route 28 and a scenic drive through
the New Kingston Valley. Plattekill ski area and Shepard
Hills Golf Course are only 15 minutes away. The Belleayre
ski area and Hanah Country Club are only 25 minutes away.
Close by is the Town of Andes, NY with its quaint antique
shops and restaurants. Shopping is available in Margaretville
just 20 minutes away. |
Development at Springside Meadows will begin in 2004 with the
construction of two residences. Individual home sites can be
purchased and custom built home construction can be arranged
through Catskill Concepts/DFF Enterprises. Our goal is always
to design a home that fits perfectly into the landscape preserving
as much natural beauty as possible.
